Suggested Use:

For constipation:
2 Teaspoonsful with milk or water at bedtime.

For Heatstroke, Acute Thirst, Dysentery and Acidity:
2 teaspoonsful well mixed in one cup of yougart twice a day.

• Recommended dose for children under 12 years is half of the above dosage
• OR as directed by the physician
